I
was seated in the middle of three Sages in the
Mango Tree Cave of Thiruvannamalai- they, the three Sages, had not
spoken for over 20 years. One of the Sages
broke his silence to answer a question I had
asked. My question was- "Swamijis, over here the
yogic practice and meditation leads to peace easily. But
in the human reality I am facing, it is war. What sort of yoga
should I practice there?". He broke his 20
years or more of silence by saying, "What use is
my silence if it cannot help humanity!?" He
answered my question as in a continuous flow of
words of wisdom. At the end of his discourse, he
offered me a boon by saying, "Ask for anything
you want and we will give it to you." After an
initial hesitation I asked, "I desire
the wisdom behind your years of silence".
The three Sages blessed Nandhi and then the Sage
said, "We would like to give you a gift. This
gift is for humanity. It is "Saivam Vetri"".
Saivam Vetri means,in Tamil, may
consciousness/oneness/Spirit triumph. The
moment I heard the words Saivam Vetri, it woke
up my childhood dream. I understood and realized
I had a purpose in life.
As I child I
dreamt of saving old cows. I must have been
about 9 yrs old then. I did take this dream
seriously back then. I built a fantasy around
this dream- thinking of how I would reclaim
waste land, grow so much food that I could feed
and feed everyone until there was no hungry
person. As I grew up, this dream was nearly
forgotten until I was woken up by the three
Sages of Thiruvannamalai. Now, as a yogi, I
understood the need to save the life of every
cow on planet earth.
My childhood dream
now comes true as I build our first, the debut
project- Amma Sanctuary, sanctuary for retired
cows, located in India. The objective is to
do the all of it on scales- by creating thousands of such farms globally; save the life
of old used retired cows; and create biodynamic
lands. The first few sanctuaries are Research
and Development based to grow intelligent
non-GMO food as free seeds to support more
farms. We will feed the hungry with a portion of
the vegetarian food produced. The sanctuary is
being created at this moment. We are creating a
prototype "Conscious Farm' with rescued retired
animals with Amma Sanctuary and then create
hundreds of similar sanctuaries worldwide.
The three Sages had blessed me with a
journey even deeper- as with the grace of each
of my Gurus who opened the realms of
consciousness further and further. It
enabled me to put together the teachings as
Mastery of Consciousness. Mastery of
Consciousness teachings are the powerful yogic
tools of consciousness from the mystical yogis
of South India, the Siddhars. Some of these
teachings are coming out to humanity for the
first time. The teachings are experiential,
amazingly simply but potent in its ability to
transform and evolve the practitioner.
My
first book- Mastery of Consciousness, Awaken the
Now-is complete and ready for publishing. It
brings out Siddhar wisdom that has never so far
come out to the open.
